Fitness Starts With Knowledge. Everything Else Is Built on It.
You don't need to become a bodybuilder. You need to become the strongest, healthiest version of yourself.

🧠 Fitness & Health-Focused Coaching
Motivation Fades. Knowledge Stays.
I have transformed myself three times, going from significantly overweight to competition condition.
Motivation did not carry me through every workout, setback or restart. Understanding the process did.
When you understand how training, nutrition, recovery and daily habits work together, you are no longer depending on motivation to rescue you.You have a direction. You know what the work is building toward. And when life changes, you know how to adjust instead of giving up.
My role is not to keep you motivated forever. It is to teach you enough to keep moving when motivation disappears.
WHAT THIS COACHING IS
The Knowledge to Build Your Own Transformation
I will not hand you a generic workout plan and expect your life to fit around it.We begin by understanding your starting point: your experience, current fitness, schedule, habits, limitations and goals. Then we build a 12-week structure that you can understand and realistically follow. You will learn why your program is designed the way it is, what each part is meant to accomplish and how to recognize when something needs to change. You are not training to become me. You are learning how to build a stronger version of yourself.
Who This Is For
Your Starting Point
Does Not Disqualify You
I have rebuilt from significantly overweight to competition condition three different times. That experience taught me that being out of shape today does not decide what your body can become tomorrow.
This coaching is for adults who
✓ WANT FITNESS TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES, NOT CONSUME THEM.
✓ ARE STARTING FOR THE FIRST TIME, RETURNING OR REBUILDING.
✓ WANT TO BECOME STRONGER, FITTER AND MORE CAPABLE.
✓ WANT TO UNDERSTAND THE PROCESS, NOT FOLLOW BLINDLY.
✓ WANT KNOWLEDGE THEY CAN CONTINUE USING AFTER COACHING.
You do not need to be young, athletic or experienced.
You need an honest starting point and a genuine reason to change.
WHAT THE COACHING REQUIRES
Transformation Is Personal.
The Work Is Shared.
You do not need to arrive fit or completely confident. You do need to communicate honestly, follow the agreed structure and tell me when something is not working.I cannot complete the workouts or make the daily decisions for you. No responsible coach can. What I can do is remove the confusion, explain the purpose behind the work and help you make informed adjustments when real life interferes with the plan.
I bring the knowledge, structure and guidance. You bring the willingness to use them.
How It Works
Understand. Build. Apply.
01
Understand Your Starting Point
Before we discuss workouts, we examine where you are now.We review your goals, training history, schedule, available equipment, eating habits and the obstacles that have made progress difficult. No assumptions. No recycled program.
02
Build Your Foundation
I use that information to create a practical 12-week structure based on your needs, abilities and available time. You will understand the reasoning behind the plan, not simply receive a list of exercises to follow.
03
Apply and Adjust
You put the structure into practice.During weekly check-ins, we review what happened, what is working and what needs to change. Adjustments are based on your actual experience, not on what was supposed to happen during a perfect week.
A program gives you instructions. Coaching teaches you how to move forward when conditions change.
ABOUT RONALD
Built Through Experience.
Proven Through Transformation.
20+ Years of experience
I have trained for more than 20 years, competed at the national level and appeared in Denis Côté’s documentary A Skin So Soft (Ta peau si lisse).
Three transformations
But competition is only one part of my experience.
I have transformed myself three separate times, going from significantly overweight to stepping onstage.
Those transformations taught me how to prepare for competition. More importantly, they taught me how bodies change, how life interrupts progress and what it takes to rebuild.
At 45, I'm rebuilding again
Now, at 45, I am rebuilding again and documenting the process honestly.I am not here to pretend that fitness is always easy or that experience makes someone immune to setbacks. I am here to apply everything I have learned again and share that knowledge with people who genuinely want change.I do not coach everyone to copy my bodybuilding journey.
I use what competition, setbacks and three major transformations taught me to help people build their own.
CLIENT TRANSFORMATIONS
Different Bodies. Different Goals. Real Work.
Every client begins with a different body, history, schedule and reason for changing. Some people want a significant physical transformation. Others want to regain strength, return to training or finally understand how to make fitness part of their lives. The photographs below show individual client experiences. They are not promises of a specific result or timeline.
Your transformation does not need to look like someone else’s. It needs to move you toward the life you want to live.
Individual experiences and results vary. Client photographs and testimonials are shared with permission.

Questions Before You Apply
Do I need previous training experience?
No. Your program begins from your current level. What matters is your willingness to learn and participate.
Do I need to want a bodybuilding physique?
No.My bodybuilding experience is part of the knowledge I bring, not the destination I impose on clients.Your program is built around your goals.
Is this coaching only for a certain age or sex?
No. The coaching is for adults who genuinely want to improve their fitness and are prepared to participate in the process.Your current condition determines where we begin. It does not determine whether you are allowed to begin.
Will I receive a standard workout plan?
No. We first examine your goals, schedule, experience, equipment and current situation.Your structure comes after that review.
Will you guarantee my transformation?
No responsible coach can guarantee a specific physical result.I provide knowledge, structure, feedback and adjustments. Your results will also depend on factors such as participation, consistency, recovery and individual circumstances.
What happens after I apply?
I personally review your application. If the program appears suitable for your goals and situation, I will contact you to discuss the coaching, expectations and next steps.Applying does not obligate you to purchase, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
How is the coaching delivered?
Coaching is delivered online through Google Meet. You can join directly from a supported computer browser without installing additional software. The program begins with a private video consultation of approximately 50–55 minutes. During the 12 weeks, we meet by video every two weeks for approximately 30 minutes, supported by structured weekly check-ins and program adjustments.Live workout sessions are not included. The coaching is designed to help you understand and apply your training structure independently, with continued guidance.
How does direct coaching support work?
Direct coaching support is available through WhatsApp Business from Monday to Friday. You can use it to ask questions about your training, clarify instructions and report obstacles that may require an adjustment. Messages are normally answered within one business day.Direct support is not a live-chat or emergency service. Questions requiring a detailed review may be addressed during your next weekly check-in or video call. Messages received on weekends are reviewed on the following business day.
APPLICATION
Tell Me Where You Are. Not Where You Think You Should Be.
You do not need a perfect routine, an athletic starting point or a polished answer.Tell me what you want to change, what you have already tried and what keeps getting in the way.An honest application allows me to determine whether my knowledge and coaching approach are appropriate for your situation.
01. Submit your application
02. I review it personally
03. If it is a fit, i contact you
I personally review every application. Applying does not obligate you to purchase, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Information submitted through this form is used to evaluate coaching suitability and contact you regarding your application.
Your Starting Point Is Not Your Final Destination.
You do not need to feel completely ready. You need a reason to change, an honest understanding of where you are and the willingness to take the first step.
